 . The July 14th Iran nuclear agreement in Vienna, has been hailed as a victory for peace and democracy for Iran. Some have even claimed that the agreement will usher in a new era of moderation and opening human rights for Iranian. However,the facts show different picture of the regime ruling Iran. Currently, this Fascist Regime, by adopting a 'policy of death', continues to escalate the rate of executions and mass repression. These are the facts and current news from Iran:

·         Iran: three executed in northern prison

·         Iran: 32 executions in one week, including two women

Iran: 5 executed in Kerman, 3 awaiting hanging in Bandar Abbas

These facts show that this regime is as Maryam Rajavi president elect of NCRI has announced such unsigned agreement will not close the mullahs' path to deception and access to nuclear bomb or a democracy in Iran, but the ‘chalice of nuclear poison’ and Khamenei's retreat from his red lines will shatter his hegemony and undermine the entire regime and would be more fragile.
