Maryam Rajavi the president elect of NCRI, after the recent nuclear agreement warned the western 5+1 powers that the religious fascism ruling Iran usesall its funds to further the regime’s policy of export of terrorism andfundamentalism in Syria, Yemen and Lebanon as well as to fill the coffers of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps, and does not think about Iranian people's urgent needs, such as the unpaid meager salaries of workers, teachers, and nurses, and to provide food and medicine to citizens. The two fact below proves her opinion.

When the Marjaiya(Shiite religious leadership) in the southern Iraq city of Najaf held the government of former Iraqi prime minister Nouri al-Maliki who is backed by the regime ruling Iran as the sole responsible for corruption in Iraq and ended hissupport for Maliki, Al Jazeera TV reported citing an editorial published in al-Quds al-Arabi daily.

These two point shows clearly that the religious fascism ruling Iran is the source of poverty and corruption not only in Iran but also in any place and country that tries to influence and mediate.

When one speaks of ISIS as if it is a self-motivated extremist Islamic group which has arisen to fight against the enemies of Islam, the infidels. While anyone who is familiar with the groups which combat against a government cannot obtain such modern weapons and all the facilities of heavy-duty advanced communications and high budget. But a government must provide all such facilities for this level of capability of ISIS. These days an international coalition with air support of U.S. has not succeeded to defeat this group in Syria and Iraq. The answer to this question that which government has brought this Islamic State called ISIS is in the latest two positions have been identified below:
Albaghdadia Television on August 15 announced that the Iraqi parliamentary investigating committee declared that the cause of the fall of Mosul by the Islamic State of Iraq was al-Maliki as the first suspect. It is clear that al-Maliki is puppet of the regime in Tehran and he has had obeyed all the orders of Khamenei supreme leader of this regime ruling in Iran including the assignment of areas of Iraq to the Islamic State called ISIS at that time.
On August 9, Sky News TV quoted George Sabra Syrian coalition member said that the Assad regime in Syria has given some area of the country and weapons caches to ISIS. Again, it is clear that the Assad regime that owes its existence to the Tehran regime must has done this at the behest of this regime. According to the similarity of the crimes that ISIS does and the crimes that the regime of Khamenei does against the Iranian it must be acknowledged that the Khamenei regime not only has created ISIS but also is its godfather.
The irony is that George Sabra said the revelations in the international coalition against this group does not explain the reasons for the extension of it.
About Aden Hotel targeted in recent bombings ISIS claimed the recent attacks to Aden Hotel where Yemeni Prime Minister Khaled al-Bahal was stationed, and published the names and photographs of the four suicide bombers it said had carried them out. It is clear that this terrorist attack was on benefit of regime of Iran which is against legal government whose prime minister is Khaled al-Bahal.

Therefore to defeat ISIS first should as Maryam Rajavi has said cut and stop the regime’s involvement in the region and the massacre of innocent people in Iraq, Syria, and Yemen and make a siege around this artificial government so as not to receive anything from Iran regime, instead of appeasement with Mullah’s regime in Iran.

Iran 5+1 nuclear agreement

Critics rightlypoint out that the Iran and 5+1 powers nuclear agreement is not a satisfied one. It is because this agreement preserves Iran’s major nuclear infrastructure; and does not block all pathways to a nuclear bomb; as Maryam Rajavi said : an unsigned agreement will not close the mullahs' path to deception and access to nuclear bomb, but the ‘chalice of nuclear poison’ and Khamenei's retreat from his red lines will shatter his hegemony and undermine the entire regime. On the other hand as anyone knows the regime ruling Iran has a history of conspiracy and so can establish secretly another site to make nuclear bomb and other relevant sensitive nuclear works; and the agreement recognizes Tehran as a nuclear-threshold state with time-bound restrictions exclusively on declared sites.

But the more disturbing - and less talked about – aspect of the deal is the fact that this regime has also a history of suppressing its people and meddling in the affairs of other country of Middle East.

These days we hear that this regime is executing prisoners to frighten Iranian people from protesting and popular unrest that would shake and destroy the regime's foundations.

And a few days before the agreement was announced Tehran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei said "get ready to continue your fight against the global arrogance,” referring to the U.S.

He pointed that this regime will continue its support to its ally in Syria, Bashar al-Assad, and the terrorist groups in Yemen and Iraq.

These are some defects of the agreement. On the other hand President Obama warned in response to Congressional skepticism:

 “Without a deal, we risk even more war in the Middle East,” But, Iranian Resistance says NO! There is a third option, long advocated by the most organized democratic resistance movement, the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) led by Mrs Maryam Rajavi: respect the Iranian people’s right to topple the tyrannical regime. This option offers a logic and potent policy that targets the regime ruling Iran Achilles Heel: popular resentment towards it. It will once again bring the Iranian people - not just a minority of fundamentalist rulers - and their vast economic resources into the international fold, facilitating lasting peace.

How can one trust a regime whose character is deception and widespread abuse of justice? In recent nuclear agreement the 5+1 granted a rewarding windfall of cash to the regime ruling #Iran that 4 decades was suppressing its people, daily executions,and busy with  spreadingof terrorism in the region. For instance according to Arabiya: more than 250 #Hezbollah fighters in #Lebanon have been killed in fighting in Zabadani, #Syria. on behalf of #Iran. In this agreement the regime is to be rewarded with an avalanche of billions of dollars in hard cash, all this rewarding windfall of cash will go straightly to fund and support such terrorist and not to solve  people’s poverty. This is why 5+1 power should deal firmly with this regime  to prevent it from access nuclear weapons and take into account what Maryam Rajavi  president elected of NCRI noted that “the money being poured into the Mullah's regime’s coffers must be placed under the strict supervision of the U.N. to ensure that it addresses the Iranian people’s urgent needs.

Regarding the #P5+1 nuclear agreement on 14 July 2015, NCRI in an statement announced that the#Iranian Resistance's President-elect #Maryam Rajavi declared that this unsigned agreement will not close the mullahs' path to deception and access to #nuclear weapon. But despite many shortcomings and unwarranted concessions this ‘chalice of nuclear poison’ and #Khamenei's unwilling retreat from his red lines upon which he had repeatedly insisted over the past 12 years, including in recent weeks, will break his hegemony and will erode the base of the entire regime i.e. lead to weakening and undermining the ruling religious fascism in its entirety.

Recalling that the#Iranian Resistance was first to reveal the mullah’s secret #nuclear prgrams during the past three decades, Mrs. Rajavi added: Khamenei and his regime yielded to this agreement out of concern over#Iranian society’s explosive state, the weakening effects of the sanctions, their impasse in the region and the prospects for a toughening in the terms of the agreement by the U.S. #Congress.

Maaryam Rajavi noted, #UN. should monitor that the released money poured into the regime’s coffers to be used for the #Iranian people's urgent needs, such as the unpaid salaries of workers, teachers, and nurses, and also to be used to provide food and medicine for Iranian citizens. Otherwise, this regime will use these funds to expand its policy of export of terrorism and fundamentalism in Syria, Yemen and Lebanon as well as to add the budget of the #Islamic  Revolutionary Guards Corps.

During the past few days, some members of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards commanders  were buried in Iran. These were who have been sent  recently to  Syria, to help Bashar al-Assad from falling down, also  two other commanders were arrested in Yemen who fighting for the Houthis. This is while the Iranian authorities have rejected their involvement in Syria and Yemen. In situation that nuclear negotiation is in current, west must take in to account to whom is dealing.
