Albaghdadia Television on August 15 announced that the Iraqi parliamentary investigating committee declared that the cause of the fall of Mosul by the Islamic State of Iraq was al-Maliki as the first suspect. It is clear that al-Maliki is puppet of the regime in Tehran and he has had obeyed all the orders of Khamenei supreme leader of this regime ruling in Iran including the assignment of areas of Iraq to the Islamic State called ISIS at that time.
On August 9, Sky News TV quoted George Sabra Syrian coalition member said that the Assad regime in Syria has given some area of the country and weapons caches to ISIS. Again, it is clear that the Assad regime that owes its existence to the Tehran regime must has done this at the behest of this regime. According to the similarity of the crimes that ISIS does and the crimes that the regime of Khamenei does against the Iranian it must be acknowledged that the Khamenei regime not only has created ISIS but also is its godfather.
The irony is that George Sabra said the revelations in the international coalition against this group does not explain the reasons for the extension of it.
About Aden Hotel targeted in recent bombings ISIS claimed the recent attacks to Aden Hotel where Yemeni Prime Minister Khaled al-Bahal was stationed, and published the names and photographs of the four suicide bombers it said had carried them out. It is clear that this terrorist attack was on benefit of regime of Iran which is against legal government whose prime minister is Khaled al-Bahal.
And this is why Qods Force Deputy Commander acknowledges meddling in Yemen.
Therefore to defeat ISIS first should as Maryam Rajavi has said cut and stop the regime’s involvement in the region and the massacre of innocent people in Iraq, Syria, and Yemen and make a siege around this artificial government so as not to receive anything from Iran regime, instead of appeasement with Mullah’s regime in Iran.

Some have even claimed that the agreement will usher in a new era of moderation and opening human rights for Iranian. However,the facts show different picture of the regime ruling Iran. Currently, this Fascist Regime, by adopting a 'policy of death', continues to escalate the rate of executions and mass repression. These are the facts and current news from Iran:

It is because this agreement preserves Iran’s major nuclear infrastructure; and does not block all pathways to a nuclear bomb; as Maryam Rajavi said : an unsigned agreement will not close the mullahs' path to deception and access to nuclear bomb, but the ‘chalice of nuclear poison’ and Khamenei's retreat from his red lines will shatter his hegemony and undermine the entire regime. On the other hand as anyone knows the regime ruling Iran has a history of conspiracy and so can establish secretly another site to make nuclear bomb and other relevant sensitive nuclear works; and the agreement recognizes Tehran as a nuclear-threshold state with time-bound restrictions exclusively on declared sites.

But the more disturbing - and less talked about – aspect of the deal is the fact that this regime has also a history of suppressing its people and meddling in the affairs of other country of Middle East.

These days we hear that this regime is executing prisoners to frighten Iranian people from protesting and popular unrest that would shake and destroy the regime's foundations.

And a few days before the agreement was announced Tehran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei said "get ready to continue your fight against the global arrogance,” referring to the U.S.

He pointed that this regime will continue its support to its ally in Syria, Bashar al-Assad, and the terrorist groups in Yemen and Iraq.

These are some defects of the agreement. On the other hand President Obama warned in response to Congressional skepticism:

 “Without a deal, we risk even more war in the Middle East,” But, Iranian Resistance says NO! How can one trust a regime whose character is deception and widespread abuse of justice? A short note to some of the provisions of the nuclear #5+1 and #Iran agreement resolution. We see that the regime ruling Iran loses: none of the provisions of the #Security Council in the past 6 resolutions against the regime have been issued, cannot be ruled out, but all of them remain in resolution 2735 totally. In this resolution, the regime is placed under chapter VII #United Nations upon which the offending country, for the application of military force is anticipated. Upload and export any weapons would be forbidden by the regime. Each member country of the #United Nations in any place could inspect regime's cargo at sea or ground. It is clear that any breach of the obligation by the regime on the basis of article 12 and with a trigger mechanism, sanctions, which was cancelled, its influence can be established automatically. In deciding against the regime, the #Security Council member countries do not have a veto, and in this way the regime cannot hope and account on the gap at 5 + 1 and specifically to support #China and #Russia. By taking into account so few above mentioned points which are part of the constraints, one can understand why band of #Khamenei are so frightened.

Regarding the #P5+1 nuclear agreement on 14 July 2015, NCRI in an statement announced that the#Iranian Resistance's President-elect #Maryam Rajavi declared that this unsigned agreement will not close the mullahs' path to deception and access to #nuclear weapon. But despite many shortcomings and unwarranted concessions this ‘chalice of nuclear poison’ and #Khamenei's unwilling retreat from his red lines upon which he had repeatedly insisted over the past 12 years, including in recent weeks, will break his hegemony and will erode the base of the entire regime i.e. lead to weakening and undermining the ruling religious fascism in its entirety.

Maaryam Rajavi noted, #UN. should monitor that the released money poured into the regime’s coffers to be used for the #Iranian people's urgent needs, such as the unpaid salaries of workers, teachers, and nurses, and also to be used to provide food and medicine for Iranian citizens. Otherwise, this regime will use these funds to expand its policy of export of terrorism and fundamentalism in Syria, Yemen and Lebanon as well as to add the budget of the #Islamic  Revolutionary Guards Corps.

A few days ago #Amnesty International condemned the amputation of fingers of two young #Iranian prisoners in the city of #Mashhad in on Sunday 28 June. And added that such punishment is torture, a crime under international law.

Secretariat of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (#NCRI) announced that the #Mullah's regime ruling #Iran has installed some communication jamming devices in the prison in #Karaj near #Tehran as a device of torture and pressure on the political prisoners there.

The #Iranian Resistance led by #Maryam Rajavi calls on international human rights and #UN authorities  to condemn such repressive and criminal measures of the Mullahs’ regime against prisoners and in particular against the political prisoners existing there, whom nowadays most of them are fasting.
